How do I find the campsite?
The campsite is located on the outskirts of the town of Lézignan-Corbières in southern France, 19km from Narbonne and 34km from Carcassonne.

How far is downtown Lézignan-Corbières?
The campsite is 600 m from the center of Lézignan-Corbières and its shops. A LIDL is 600 m from the campsite, where you’ll find charging points for electric vehicles.
How far away are the bathing beaches?
The beaches of Narbonne-Plage and Gruissan are less than 40 km from the campsite. You can also swim at Lac de Jouarres in Homps, 12 km away, or at Ribaute in the magnificent natural bathing area of the River Orbieu, 18 km from the campsite.
Is camping easy to get to?
Yes, access is easy and only by asphalted roads. It’s easy to find the campsite from the RD6113 (ex N113), and the town also has a freeway exit n°25 from the A61. Beware, there’s a low bridge over the railroad line, so with caravans and motorhomes, we recommend exits n°38 Narbonne-sud on the A9 and n°24 on the A61 Carcassonne-EST/Carcassonne-centre/Trèbes, then follow the D6113 to Lézignan-Corbières.
Arrival / Departure
When is the campsite open?
The campsite will be open every year from the first Saturday of the spring vacations to the first Saturday of the autumn vacations.
What are the arrival and departure days?
The days of arrival and departure are entirely free in our campsite, both for pitches and rentals.
What are the reception opening hours?
In low season, reception is open daily from 9am to 12pm and from 4pm to 7pm.
In high season (late June to late August), reception is open daily from 8am to 8pm.
What are the arrival and departure times?
For pitches, arrivals are from 2 p.m. and departures until noon.
For rentals, arrivals are from 4 p.m. and departures until 10 a.m.
It may be possible to vary these times by contacting the campsite reception beforehand.
Can I have a pitch outside reception opening hours?
Yes, it is possible to book a pitch outside reception office opening hours. In low season, you need to go to the campsite reception, read the information on the door, take a map and settle in. In high season (end of June to end of August), you can contact the campsite restaurant.
What are the gate opening hours for vehicle access?
The gate is open daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. for vehicle access. Outside these hours, you must park outside and enter on foot without making noise, to ensure everyone’s peace and quiet.
How late can I get there?
If you have a reservation, as everything is planned, you can theoretically arrive until 11pm, but 10:30pm is better to take into account the installation time and to avoid disturbing the other occupants of the campsite.
My accommodation / my pitch
Are sheets provided in the rentals?
Bed linen is not provided except in premium rentals, but can be rented on site.
Are the rentals equipped with comforters or blankets?
All our rentals, from small cabins to Premium mobile homes, are equipped with comforters, pillows and mattresses with undersheets.
Do all rentals have heating?
Only mobile homes have heating. Lodges and cabane tents do not.
Do all rentals have air conditioning?
All mobile homes are air-conditioned, except the Classique range.
Lodges and cabin tents are not air-conditioned.
Is the accommodation equipped with TV?
All mobile homes have TV except the Comfort range.
Can I choose the location of my accommodation?
As far as possible in terms of filling the schedule, we let customers choose their location.
Are terraces covered?
All rental terraces are covered, except for the Classique range, which is covered with canisse, providing shade but letting the rain pass. The Confort range has a small, semi-covered terrace.
My reservation
Can I book two accommodations side by side?
By asking the campsite reception in advance, it is possible to have side-by-side accommodation.
When and how do I pay the balance of my stay?
A 25% deposit is payable on booking and the balance 1 month before the arrival date.
Can I change my booking?
Normally, it is possible to modify a reservation as long as the schedule allows it. It may be refused less than a month before the arrival date, but this is very rare.
Are minors allowed?
Minors are allowed to attend with their parents. If they are over 16, they may be authorized with their parents’ written consent.
When is my reservation firm and definitive?
The reservation is firm as soon as the campsite receives the deposit, i.e. immediately for a reservation made by credit card. It becomes definitive when the balance is paid, i.e. 1 month before the start of your stay.
My Works Council is going to help finance my trip. What procedure should I follow?
On request, we will provide you with the necessary documents for your Works Council to participate.
On site
What methods of payment are accepted on the campsite?
For bookings we accept the following means of payment: French bank cheque, ANCV, ANCV Connect, Cb, cash, national and international bank transfer, bancontact, Giropay, Ideal, Sofort.
On site we accept ANCV, ANCV Connect, Cb and cash.
Do you accept bank cheques?
Yes, we accept bank checks, but only for reservations. We don’t take them on the spot as the supply time is more than 15 days depending on the bank.
Are barbecues allowed?
Being in a very sunny region, we are in a fire-risk zone, so no barbecues are allowed on the pitches, but communal barbecues are available opposite reception.
If we choose to extend our stay?
We’ll be happy to extend your stay with us as long as the schedule allows. Please inform reception of your wish to extend your stay as soon as possible, especially in summer.
What if we choose to leave earlier than planned?
We would be very sad to see you leave the campsite early, but will do our best to accompany you as circumstances permit. Normally there are no refunds or credits for early departures. However, you can take out cancellation insurance.
Cancellation guarantee
Would you advise me to take out cancellation insurance?
It’s always a good idea to be insured, as a camping holiday is no exception.
In the event of cancellation or early departure, or a change of vacation date… it’s best to be covered.
However, we’re a human-scale campsite and arrangements can be made.

Yes, pets are allowed on pitches and in rentals at an extra charge.
